I found a key (f2) but not sure weather it works. :(
 
btw, bluetooth is on (right now i am away from that system but i could check it tomorrow morning.

is it possible to turn on the turns the radio (transceiver) using alternative method?

Do you have a physical switch that turns the radio (transceiver)
of the wifi on and off?

The probe says:
