man ln -s, --symbolic make symbolic links instead of hard links

Wine use to overwrite but is now fixed. When I
originally reported it, they told me there was nothing they could do about it.
Softmaker 2021 and 2018 are now the only two I am having issues with.
How is this an issue with Fedora?
