when you hit reply, in the reply window
menus, there is options-delivery
format, then the drop-down includes plain text.
someone else mentioned an easy way, go to your addressbook, select
fedora-users-change

Most of my e-mail correspondence is with Windows users and HTML is the
norm. This is the first complaint I have had about HTML with F-21, I
exchange a lot of text messages with the iPhones and send one in HTML
and I get complaints immediately! So far there have been none.

just like my Mate-terminal, black with white letters..
I keep wanting to click on your emails with my mouse & start typing!!
