Maybe the question was ill-formed and it should be like this: how can I
burn wemb video/file to DVD? It's not crime to burn DVDs or it's already
prohibited in the US/EU?

I was successful in converting it with Miro to a mp4, but these Standalone DVD player to your TV won't play that format. So I have to Play it on my Computer using VLC.

What Format does these standalone DVD players, Play ?
