RM 529 - got one in my rack. It's got a fading tube or something, and sometimes displays the signal all squished on the "A" side, but the "B" channel still works. I've got to pull it and send it in one of these days. There are several shops in the U.S. that specialize in keeping those old scopes going.
That's a tired 12at7, or a bad connection in the channel selector switch.
