Ahh, if you're using the rpmfusion chroot, it looks like
you'll need to replace yum.conf with dnf.conf in the configs
(/etc/mock/fedora-30-x86_64-rpmfusion_*free.cfg).
That's probably worth a PR to fix it upstream. So here it

Thanks. I have replaced 'yum.conf' by 'dnf.conf' in the
/etc/mock/*.cfg
files that I use and the build is going ahead.
