There was a problem for this in fedora.

And it appears that bug was fixed with a kernel update.
Try an earlier or later kernel?
If you have a mouse you can use, you could blacklist it
in /etc/modprobe.d or remove the driver module after boot to end the
messages, but you would lose the touchpad.
