Nat:
download either the all-codecs or the required-codecs packages from
mplayer-hq. Make the directory /usr/local/lib/win32 and using either
the tar command or the archive tool extract the files to that directory.
That should be all you need.
Scott, maybe that's all I need. But Jim's
'play by play' including
details on chmod is a winner! It's the little things that trap Linux
newbies.
