If you have the clock widget in your panel, right click it, select
"Properties" and you can put in your time zone.
If you've installed the system-config-date RPM, you could click
Applications->
Administration->
System-Config-Date
The gui on this was nice. I could bring up the map and find a city near
where I landed. Of course you can always just go by timezone. There are
a lot of major cities not in the list.
Interestingly, the gui was there in the install for selecting the
default timezone.
