GPG signing problem
by Patrick O'Callaghan
I'm having a problem in Evolution (3.18.5.2) but suspect that it's
really something in my GPG setup. When I try to sign and encrypt a
message, I get:
Could not create message.
Because "gpg: skipped "XXXXXXXX": No secret key
gpg: signing failed: No secret key
", you may need to select different mail options.
I have used GPG in the past with the same key (also from Evolution)
without any problem. Both my own and the destination address are in my
keyring.
When I try to use Seahorse to sign a key, it tells me I have no secret
key to do this with, which looks like the same error.
So what does "no secret key" mean? All keys in the keyring were
generated by GPG as public/private pairs, so I don't understand what's
going on.

Can Fedora act as a Sun Ray server?
by Fernando Cassia
I'm curious if anyone here has experience setting up a server for Sun
Ray thin clients.
More specifically, I wonder if I could set up a PC running fedora as a
server for 2 or 3 Sun Ray
thin clients, specifically the Sun Ray 270....
It includes an AMD CPU internally but I'm not sure what protocols does
it run (I'm guessing RDP), and since Sun Ray thin clients have been
discontinued by Oracle recently I'm not sure they'll be of any help if
I try to contact them...

Java Access in Firefox
by Stephen Morris
Hi,
I am currently using Firefox 49.0a1 on both Linux and Windows and
on both systems Firefox will not activate Java, this has been the case
for several versions of Firefox. I have to java plugin in the
appropriate mozilla directories, but Firefox will still not use it. I
have also checked about:config and there appears to be no java entries
in there whatsoever.
Does anyone know any way to activate Java in these versions of Firefox?
regards,

Maybe run xev and see what keystrokes it's actually sending.

keyboard with a numeric keypad which does not work in Fedora
by Chris Murphy
Hi,
I have a laptop with its own keyboard which lacks a keypad, and a USB
keyboard with a keypad. I plug in the keyboard and the keypad doesn't
work anywhere in Fedora. So... how do I make that work?
I don't care for it to work in the console, I only care if it works in
GNOME Calculator really.
Thanks,
