--- Comment #23 from Don Russell <fedora(a)drussell.dnsalias.com> 2009-02-04 21:56:26 EDT ---
I installed the rpm file from comment #20 and have tested it over a couple of
days. It works the way I expect, properly picking up the name or the entire
"raw" FSK data depending on the modem setting.
Thank you,
Don Russell

Is this still an issue with latest NM and vpnc? The vpnc bits were changed
before Christmas to let the user specify always asking for the password,
irregardless of the keyring.
NetworkManager-0.7.0-1.git20090102
NetworkManager-vpnc-0.7.0-1.svn13
In the connection editor for the VPN connection, look for the popup menus next
to each password and pick the one you want.

Compiling Fedora's mkinitrd on anything but the same Fedora is not supported,
closing.

I've just build a new mkinitrd in rawhide (6.0.76) which streamlines the
storage device handling somewhat. This should definitely fix --rootdev LABEL= ,
if not please reopen.

I've just checked this and this no longer is a problem in the current mkinitrd,
closing.

Yes the plan is to include this in the next mkinitrd update for F-10 which will
be soonish.

Thank you! Do you plan to push this to F10 at least (after suitable testing)?
I'd like to be able to test it against my asus (bug 478878).
