Hi,
I saw this "Fedora Core 6 po files should be committed before August, 16th 2006." at #fedora-l10n and http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DocsProject/Schedule.
Is this date "August, 16th" still correct?
Regards
Hi,
I still have a problem with authentication. Is this my personal issue, or somebody else is having thi problem?
Also, I've translated and commited few files. They are now in QA. Because of above promle, I cannot approve those files. What will happen to them? Are those files going to be included in latest revision (without approval) or the last approved revision will be included in distro?
Thanks

Thanks for reply.
So, I can continue with my work? I am a sole translator, so there is no fear of conflicting files.

Since that's a Docs Project schedule, I doubt any developers will comment... ;-) But no, that schedule is no longer correct. I will make sure someone updates it as soon as possible to reflect changes in the distribution's overall schedule for FC6. Thanks for catching this problem Diego!

On the L10N[1] page it says August, 16th, apparently cause that *was* the date of the FC6 test 3 devel freeze. Can I be correct by saying that the trans freeze should then change to the new[2] FC6 test 3 devel freeze on 5th of September?

Ok, Paul...;)
Please, let us know when it will be done. The brazilian team translation is worried about this question, cause we need to finish our translations review to FC6. :)
thanks

This is probably a safe assumption for planning purposes. Any interested translators should probably put a watch on that page on the Wiki (using the UserPreferences page) for good measure.
Hi,
I was wandering if something is going to be done with automatic updating of PO files with corresponding POTs? Sometimes PO files are updated, but there are lots of a files that are out dated, as we can see from entries count. There are quite a lot of mismatching entries.
Also, what happens with PO files (and its translation) if POT is updated, but PO is not. Ie: I've checked fr_FR page. There I saw that release notes got about 60 entries more that on Croatian page. Croatian PO was not updated (OK, this part of problem I've solved).
But, if I overlooked that (and few other files that were 100% translated BEFORE updating them with latest POT), in what manner (how) would such PO files are to be introduced into distribution?
Another example: Current Croatian file "summary" is at 100% with 2145 entries. I've updated local copy with latest POT. Now I have 2174 entries (20 more), but about 120 fuzzy, and 30 untranslated. (I haven't commited new PO yet) How is this particular file going to be introduced? - as 2145 translated + 20 untranslated, or - 2174 entries, 120 fuzzy, 30 untranslated
Again I have to ask for an automatic notification system of new entries in PO/POT files.
Thanks all
