I've checked, it is fully translated in other languages.
It depends on the priorities defined by translation teams.
In the Spanish team we work from the most used parts to the least used
parts of the websites.
Guys, just check how the website is lokalized for you[1]. You could
for sure join your L10n team[2] to help them provide better content.
+1 It needs some other german translators. Consider joining the German team.
