I have converted over the content from the Wiki and tagged all the files that are ready for translation:

A few files are getting some final content later today.
The build is currently broken because of a problem with the XML. I am diagnosing and will check-in and re-tag all affected files.

A stray comment closer (-->) was the cause, this has been fixed in CVS and the content tagged FC-5-TEST2-TRANS-FREEZE. None of the strings should have been changed, just a few bugs in the XML.

I'm a bit confused with these emails.
Just a question: can we promote the release notes translation to the local communities?

We can. That has been the intention all along. I need some knowledgeable folks to make the connections from the content XML in CVS to the translation system. We start with the release-notes module, but ideally anything in cvs.fedora:/cvs/docs could be exposed through i18n.redhat.com via the translation workbench.
