simply updated currency_symbol to <U20B9> i.e. ₹

As far as i know all locale must use <U20B9> but let me know if there is any exception

Yes, we do have fedora bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=678216 I will report bug upstream as well and submit patch there
