Oops, I just realized that "Refresh Cache" button appears after
logging in.
Is there a way to know somebody is "Refreshing the Cache" for a
particular module. Modules like anaconda takes a longer time to refresh
the cache as the files are bigger size. During the cache refresh time
none of the files are accessible to any other localizers. So, if there
is a mechanism to have a notification somewhere which says that "Cache
is being refreshed, please wait until the operation finishes" or
something like that, would be great.
Btw, who all does have the permission to "Refresh the Cache", is it
everybody (as in every translator) OR admins OR who else?
If we all keep on refreshing the cache then server is going to get more
load, if I am not wrong.
Thanks!
