Is this still testing ? for example, if i upload a wrong file, will I really erase the old one ?

You can see where you are submitting to on the top of the page. For smolt, it's:
Root: ssh://hg.fedoraproject.org//hg/hosted/ (hg)
So it's Live data now. You can click on the "web front-end" link to check if/what got submitted. If you make a mistake, you can commit again of course. :)
