Hi,
I would like to get permission to the inclusion of the cvsl10n
approval per region as we do at ambassadors. Currently approving
translators are just thrown in to the waiting line, and no plus
reminder to the group requests in FAS to do the
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N/Guide#Becoming_a_Fedora_Translator
guide or get reject by automatically after time. Or it would be a good
idea to switch to invitational mode, and then we can include who done
the pre-written things.
Opinions?
Zoltan
PS: It would be a good idea to split documentation and add l10n, i18n,
m17n, and others?
I do agree the process can be improved, but FAS group should be a
negligible step in it.
Having as much L10N FAS groups as we have languages is just more pain
for language coordinators.
It doubles our work because we already have a list to manage in Zanata,
and as fas as I know, there is no link with this fas group.
As it is only for technical reasons we have this group (it enable wiki
edition, have fedorapeople repository and @fedoraproject alias, exactly
like any other FAS group) and that it gives no added value in our work,
I do not see this need.
What is the added value you see in doing that ? Prevent a long waiting ?
Can't we have a diggest sent to global localization coordinators ?
Btw, do it exists ?
If so, it is not documented in
