No you misunderstood me. firefox-language-af-1.0.1.rpm. So you install
the languages you need. Mandrake used to ship FF with all available
language already installed.
The "MDK-approach" looks like the smartest one. I know there are a bug
in RH bugzilla for firefox localisations. Maybe drop some opinions
there?

Yes it can. Not sure if it will fallback to English. -UILocale and
friends do that.
Then why isn't it done? Fedora offers one of the best OS localisations
in Norwegian in my opinion, so it is really idiotic that this isn't
translated - especially when a good translation exists. Not that *I*
have any problems with English, but others migth. Plus localisation is
often a criteria to get into public use.
