I've tried on a docker machine and found the following:
1. Config should be stored under ~/.weblate
2. The "translation=" key should have a real value such as "ibus-typing-booster/app" (if I'm not mistaken)
3. There's a bug in wlc where the urls are missing a slash, this is why you're seeing this error:
DEBUG:urllib3.connectionpool:https://translate.stg.fedoraproject.org:443 "GET /apiprojects/ HTTP/1.1" 404 None
Error: Object not found on the server (maybe operation is not supported on the server)

I'll try to submit it to Michal and send you the issue number so you can follow.

It doesn't seem to work on my machine either, also when specifying the arguments via the cli.

Probably it's blocked somehow.

I tried to use wlc but could not get it to work.

My ~/.config/weblate contains:

[weblate]
url = https://translate.stg.fedoraproject.org/api
key = <my API key here>
translation = weblate/master

But it doesn’t seem to work:

$ wlc show
Error: Object not found on the server (maybe operation is not supported on the server)
$ wlc list-components
Error: Object not found on the server (maybe operation is not supported on the server)
$

Does anybody know what I am doing wrong?
