Yeah, I agree, most latest translations stats are with respective translation platforms.
Here, idea is just to create some interfaces whereby we can have at-a-glance picture
irrespective to underlying translation platform. In fedora we can have packages which may
use Zanata, or DamnedLies or Weblate, or Transifex etc. Transtats support multiple
platforms and its easy to add more. Hence, its great for over-all picture, but if somebody
is only concerned with x number of packages, and all of them are using same translation
platform instance - good to refer directly.
Your "we" seems not us of translators.
"we", I mean community-translators, not limited fedora, refer and use
original translation stats when communicating with others for l10n
planning/documenting/supporting. This is how separate communities work
independently. In this context, referencing at-a-grance picture to
others in the conversation, it would make the other upset.
For "somebody" who is not active translator but concerns/manages certain
set of packages across multiple projects/platforms such as downstreams
(rhel, eap, etc), transtat can give at-a-glance picture for managing
l10n effort progress, release by release. I can see transtat works for
this particular scope-defined group.

Aah, by master list I didn't mean master list for l10n team. Sorry about that. For
me, this is still a grey area. I would be glad if I can have some information on -
"how l10n team decide on package list for a fedora release" ?
It is still welcomed if you can share, it might help us to identify
complete list :-) If this master list comes from certain group, then
that group would be your target audience to approach first.

Jobs are useful to create information to send out warnings and alerts. For example, a job
run shall detect a string change/breakage on the basis of which warning/alerts could be
generated.
This job sounds useful when limiting to fedora packages. It would be
ideal if this feature can be integrated into zanata.
Could you kindly consider the integration?
