If you use that language code, glibc/gettext won't be able to use
these translations which will effectively leave system untranslated.
Please use codes like 'lv':

http://www.transifex.net/projects/p/fedora/r/fedora-15/l/lv/ (and yes,
there are Latvian translations of Fedora software :))

The same applies to almost every other language. Only some of them
need '_XX' part, like Chinese or Brazilian Portuguese. The rest, if
submitted as 'yy_XX', will make your translations ignored. We don't
want that to happen, do we? :)
