Hi Alex,

I saw that you changed my login on zanata,

but sadly the message still appears, and still not logged in.

But thanks for the change anyway.

For the time being, try to make sure the username in fedora.zanata.org and FAS is the same when register as new user.
For existing users that are having problem, I suspect it might be due to username changes in FAS, in which we might need to update the username in fedora.zanata.org

Btw Frederico, can you please try to login again with username 'fredlima'

Alex. I know this solves Frederico specific-case but what about the others? What would be the approach?

Yes, it will be a problem if the username doesn't match.
I will need to update your username to 'fredlima' to make it work.

Will keep you updated.

No, my FAS account name is fredlima and fred on zanata,

but this was not a problem for translating so many things until 2 weeks ago.

Maybe this is a problem now?

Thanks

Frederico,

Is your username for FAS account "fred"?

The username needs to match in both Zanata and FAS. Also, did you update anything recently?

Frederico,

Can you try to logout from FAS before trying to login in Zanata?

This is a new screencast for those who think that even with the message 'Login Failed' I'm logged in.

Hi Fred,

I have a quick look at your account seems fine in Zanata. Can you try to login in FAS using the same credential?

Hello everyone,

about two weeks I can't login on Zanata,

I tried to clean my browser cache, also I tried do login with private mode in firefox, but without success to login.

so I search the list archives and I found a message explaining that this happen due to the slow response from Fedora open id service causing Zanata to fail login.

Someone are having this kind of issue?

What can I do to log me in?

Thanks
