guide pt-br updated https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N/Guide/pt-br

I don't think that translating on the wiki is a painful thing.

But I'm a developer who uses Vim, so my opinion don't count.

Sure we can, thank you Jean

Indeed, I have a mind-map in construction to suggest a new structure for
the L10N content in wiki. The duplication of content and subjects is
worse than that, I would prefer to let it as-is for the moment. I'll
send my proposal in coming days. We can exchange outside of the mailing
list if you have interest in that.

About translation of wiki pages (sorry for late answer).
* here is the documentation :
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraProject:Translating
* here is how to find existing translation :

Wiki pages translation follow-up is very manual, I personally do not
suggest to translate it before having appropriate tool to save your/our
time.
