Zoltan,
There's a proposed G11n governing body in talk at the moment which is
meant to resolve all these issues you mentioned.
We are still finalising the details and formation, but at the moment,
mailing list is to best way to get any message/issues/concern across
to translators's team.

Hi Noriko,
According to your mail, I try to answer to you. In the Fedora Project
until now we hadn't got *any* meetings, coordination's, communication
until Zanata came in. Not even talks on mainstream events like at
Flock (check the last Rochester Flock, no any Zanata related session,
or translation sessions), and seems to me that there is no coordinator
for translator teams. Also, I think no one can tell how much is the
translation flow working, and how effective it is or not - and no
visible stats around this. I think we need to form a body, a
coordination team, a main news hub that keeps the beat, and makes news
about translation, updates changes feed time to time. I mean not only
appearing new teams, creating-coordination of new teams, but remaining
time till translation accept, upcoming translation time window for
next release, and more. This would be a great help to have
somebody/team for this task.
Otherwise, I have already filled up Zanata guys requests, and answered
back few improvements suggestions, seen the Jira session, and
following it - moreover the G11n team meeting were promising - and
must be repeated more than 1 time, and need to have real face to face
meeting with other translators in every fedora region.
