1. Khmer already has a language team. Does Votey already became part
of that team? This approval can be done by existing Language team lead.
Sure I added her a long time ago to the group in zanata but I cant
sponsor into the FAS group ;)
2. Getting cvsl10n access, this can be done by either Jibec, Piotr or
Noriko.
if so have a look to the l10n team page and think about the last column.
Might be the better solution anyway
