If you are able please check some language settings either, and maybe you have to open multiple tickets according to the other system-config-xxx tools (time, region, and so on...). Also if your language is new, I suggest to translate first the main websites what can be translated continuously, and gets a pull and refresh by approx every hour. Robyduck maintaining them, and in translation perion we have a staging site - where you can see the updates quicker. For Fedora apps I suggest to begin with the biggest chunk - the installer GUI, called anaconda. If that is finished, that will help greatly mainly in the translation memory of Zanata - and when we get new translation ISO snapshot, and chance for review - you can test out that how it's worked. I don't know this helps or not, but if you need anything - ping me.
