It looks likem most of the L10N mailing lists are now accessible at https://lists.fedoraproject.org/admin/lists/trans-XX.lists.fedoraproject.org/ instead of the "old" address (on admin.fedoraproject.org). However, the Russian mailing list can only be found at https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/trans-ru.
I have noticed this yesterday while updating the L10N teams page. I haven't modified the link to your list yet, so everyone can still access your list form there. 

I have no idea what you can do here, but it looks like your mailing list has not been migrated to the new system yet.
