Yes, submissions through transifex is working.
I just committed paprefs and it seems to work fine as well. Thanks for
fixing this, it was holding some important pt_BR translations.
I still have some problem with Fedora Hosted modules, but accordingly to
Diego this is not related to the "msgfmt" issue.
