But they have value to end users who are trying to install the software and want
to know what are the legal concerns about it. So I'd say go for it if you're
able to provide a meaningful translation (i.e. without too much legal terms) but
provide reference to the original (or a legally valid translation).
I myself don't bother to translate the GPL snippets but I've seen others doing
it.
