Hi,
just seeing this today. I looked a bit into the code and found many genshi mistakes, which make it impossible for our script to pick up those strings and to push them to Zanata. They are otherwise correct but just don't get into the Pot file... 
I fixed the string you spoke about above, but there are many others indeed.
It is for sure possible to fix them all (and yes please file a ticket), but fcomm.org also has some other issues and furthermore is not mobile friendly. It is an old website we are thinking to rewrite, also because actually it has very low traffic.
