I have a suggestion -- let's simply include "Fedora Documentation
Team" and "Fedora Translation Team" on the authorship. The authorship
could include a link to a specific wiki page where specific
contributors could be included. That way each team can take care of
updating the appropriate links, and anyone can help with the updates.
Otherwise, speaking as someone who used to try to maintain these long
lists, we're probably creating a headache.
How about let the team edit that list somewhere in the wiki, then the
editor would take it from there and include it in the doc?
Every team would be responsible for themselves, and would ease the
maintenance work for that list.
That list would start with the link you mention, and the teams who
don't edit it would get that link in the colophon.

While a great time saver, we also need to make sure that people who
wrote or translated previous versions don't fall off just because
they've left either of the teams.
It has been discussed before [1]. Should we vote again ?

Install-guide is a very long doc to translate. If you include
translators' name in the colophon, it would encourage team members to
participate in the translation. It would result in a Fedora in more
languages. imho.
