You don't need to go there because that URL only has old source pot
file and translations, not the most updated ones.

The TQSG has to be updated. Before there is a new document, please go
to your language team first. Which language team are you in? It seems
you have already got cvsl10n group. If you find your team, you can
start to work immediately.

I want to work in URDU language translation and URDU has no team. I am the first one to start it. But I am confused that how to start working in Documents or Software or Wiki Translation. I hadn't used CVS so confused what it is actually and how to properly use it.
