no surprises here, Fedora is upstream first, so translators contribute upstream too (so
before the package is produced).

Good to know there isn't much work to do, will make it easier for us to respond
quickly :)
So... for the tooling, if the Plymouth project wish to, you are welcome to use the
translation platform the Fedora project uses:
http://fedora.zanata.org
Here is the doc:
http://docs.zanata.org/en/release/user-guide/project-maintainer-guide/
You should be able to create a new project.
Ok, I have the translation support ready now (tested with Dutch) and I've created
a project for this in zanata and uploaded the .pot file and my Dutch translation:
https://fedora.zanata.org/iteration/view/plymouth/0.9.5/
As mentioned before there is not a lot to translate (only 4 strings), here are
2 untranslated screenshots to give you all some context to the strings.
This is the regular offline-updates status screen, which will be shown
whenever the users choses to install updates on power-off / reboot:

And here is the status screen which users will get when upgrading from
F30 to F31 (yes that is still far away, but it will use the F30 plymouth):

Remember to tell us what's the time limit to contribute ;)
I plan to do a plymouth build with translations added on Sunday March 3th
(March 4th is the code 100% complete deadline) so any translations uploaded
to zanata before Sunday March 3th will definitely make F30.
I may do one more plymouth build for F30 before the final release after
that, but only if necessary (or if a lot of translations come in later),
so if possible please try to get your translations uploaded in time.
I know I'm a bit late with this, sorry.
Regards,
Hans
