Hi Noriko,
I think we have to organise several real translation FADs/meetup (I
suggest to have 2 FAD yearly + a single summarizing event), marathons,
and contests and summarize results at every time at DevConf maybe give
away some few limited tshirts as thank you for contributors after
efforts. I don't see (yet) Flock as main translation organising event,
because possibly way more overburden with themes, and never sure that
will fit in always.
That will ensure periodically to keep the buzz, and we can talk about
translation, and Zanata development - maybe meet with zanata devs too.
We have to repeat periodically also the improvement suggestions,
problems, communications, talks with a portal - but personally I hate
the Globalization word, and would be better to call it other way.
I try to attend at DevConf, so maybe we can talk personally about this
with you and with others too. I would like to see also one
coordinator, and and one person like you who is working to RH, and can
be our relay, binding to the devs. For contributors we have to form
the commitee, and there we can handle every problem - like witch teams
are really still alive? Witch has still leadership, who handles the
translations...
Jean-Baptiste solution really amazing, and I think would be perfect to
include in within zanata.

Zoltan, my friend, how are you doing? :-)
I am so glad to hear from you again!

Hi Jean-Baptiste,
wow, it looks great start of stats!
I strongly believe that you are the one who to be a lead connecting
Zanata technology and Fedora L10n team. What is your nick on #zanata
channel?

I agree. afaik, I had proposed regular meetings some time ago but could
not reach agreed meeting time, but heard the preference of the
communication in this ML.
We have started having G11N meeting fortnightly on irc at
#fedora-meeting channel. Let me know if the time is inconvenient for you
to join or any other request, preference etc. Please allow me to repeat
that this meeting is for every translators to join.

Yes, I feel exactly same, thank you for pointing this out.
Just recently I decided to change myself and come up wherever allowed to
show off our excellence of L10N team (sorry but I was such super shy
personality for long). My first approach was FAD in Tokyo which was
successful. Next one is devconf.cz in Feb, if it is accepted.
I strongly believe that you Zoltan your self can give a great talk for
us as well :-)

Yeah, you are right.
Alex from Zanata team started about stats side and I am sure that we can
accelerate this plan with Jean-Baptiste's help. Pravin is in charge
about G11N committee proposal. I hope this proposal to be accepted, and
the election to be held in near future. Also, I like to see anyone of
translator to join and lead G11N.

Zoltan, yes I share the same view. How would each team coordinator like
to make this happen, you think? Or how can this happen? Is this cross
regions meeting or each regional meeting? Would you like me to join?
