I think you just have to do what Ignacio said, something like:

$ git diff > talk.usage.ekiga.patch
---------------------------------------------
and mail the file 'talk.usage.ekiga.patch' as attachment with
explanation what it is and where to put it to the
fedora-websites-list(a)redhat.com.
