If the tx push command fails for some reason, have you tried using the -f
option (tx push -s -f) to force the upload?

Sorry I don't get your point here.
I don't speak about push issues, I just speak about old files (ressources) not
overriden and that are still on
transifex.com. Clearly outdated.
tx push -f only add a switch to not check the modification time.
