On the L10N[1] page it says August, 16th, apparently cause that *was*
the date of the FC6 test 3 devel freeze. Can I be correct by saying that
the trans freeze should then change to the new[2] FC6 test 3 devel
freeze on 5th of September?

This is probably a safe assumption for planning purposes. Any
interested translators should probably put a watch on that page on the
