I just suggested several badges for Docs members who write and publish guides. Translators have just as much of a role in getting the words out but since they aren't committing to Docs repos or publishing they aren't going to be included in our Badges (unless they publish their own texts). I think there might be a way to count translated lines in Transifex and use that number as a way to calculate a Badge reward. Rewarding translators for a certain number of lines translated I think would be good but I don't know how many lines we should reward for.
There could be three (or more) badges that represent an easy reward (apprentice), an intermediate reward (journeyman), and then a high reward (expert). Any thoughts on the number of lines for each? If someone would like to recommend a badge (instead of me) that is fine with me.

the Fedora 19 Installation Guide is finally ready and available for
translation in Zanata. You can view the project here:
the current version is (unsurprisingly) in the branch titled "f19".
You can log in to Zanata using your Fedora Account System credentials
and start working on translating the guide. If you haven't worked with
Zanata before, you can find a guide that will help you get started at
and you can also joint the #zanata channel on freenode and ask for
Strings which do not differ from the previous versions have been copied
into the current one, which means that, for example, the NL version is
84% complete and several other languages are around 50% completion.
If you need anything, have any questions of find anything missing, feel
free to contact me via e-mail or in the #fedora-docs channel on freenode

I just received an email "Your usage has exceeded you paid-for limits"
The billing link points me to
which tells me that the Fedora hub (which is also now an organization) has
699374 / 0 words... Don't you break something by creating the new
organization feature? The free plan is 0 words????
/me is completly lost with this organization things...
Please tell me asap was it going on, I don't want all the projects to be
locked in 4 days..
(I could miss understand this email, but it's pretty clear to me)
