In Portuguese Brazilian translation list appeared a question that I think will be better answered here: Can we translate the Fedora's Foundations (Freedom, Friends, Features, First)? A project member proposed a good translation, but I don't know if we can use it.

I'm Czech and 24 years old. Before working at Red Hat I was employed by
a local publishing house, where I was in charge of a web portal focusing
on laptops - reviews, guides, etc. Shortly after being hired by Red Hat
I started working on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Kernel Crash Dump Guide.
As for the guides, I'll do my best to get everything in order for the
July 2 release of Fedora 19 and to make localization files available for
translation as soon as possible. While I don't have much experience with
Fedora docs and the local workflow, I do have several seasoned veterans
nearby to help me out.

I inform you that the translation-pulls (po's) for the websites have been
freezed now, accordingly to the new workflow we have established at the
beginning of the actual release cycle.
This means no new tranlation strings will be pulled on Fedora 19 beta
branch (which actually is the master) until Fedora 19 GA release.
All the translations you submit from now will be regularly pulled to the
staging branch, to permit you to be as up to date as possible when Fedora
19 will be released. For this purpose we will push regular updates on TFX,
so don't worry if you won't see any update on the actual websites in
Obviously you can check and proofread the new strings, which need
translations, on our main and spins staging page. The pages should
be alive within the next 8-10 hours.
Thank you for your precious work.
