I proceeded and removed the duplicate TEAMS.
REMOVED TEAMS:
bn_BD
cz_CZ
it_IT
jp_JP
lv_LV
ru_RU
ta_IN
uk_UA
RENAMED TEAMS:
lt_LT → lt
vi_VN → vi
Docs owners should proceed in removing their FILES (not teams) from
following four-letters and map them to the correct two-letter teams.

Once again, here's how to do that. Quoting misha from a previous email:
> The procedure has been summarized before [3], there's also a complete manual to the tool [4]. It took me less time because I only downloaded one language I wanted. For instance, to update the Virtualization Guide I did:
1. configure the tool to use the chosen resource:
a. create a folder, say, "transifex" in the home dir and cd into it
b. [misha@pc transifex] $ tx init
c. [misha@pc transifex] $ tx set --auto-remote
https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/fedora-virtualization-guide/
2. pull the "ru_RU" translation modules:
a. [misha@pc transifex] $ tx pull -l ru_RU
3. use language remapping to push the modules as "ru":
a. remap the language by adding the line "lang_map = ru:ru_RU" to
the main section of ~/transifex/.tx/config [5]
b. [misha@pc transifex] $ tx push --translations -l ru
4. delete the local files
You may be able to do the whole docs collection at once using
$ tx set --auto-remote
https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/fedora/r/fedora-15-docs/
The next time you'll need to publish your docs, just run a 'tx pull'.

Tx duplicate teams removal
by Misha Shnurapet
Hi.
This is to remind you that we've past the deadline (August 15th, 2011) by which all the language resources should have been synced by the L10N coordinators.

The docs translation period starts in two weeks on September 6th. We want also to make sure there is less confusion for new contributors about the groups to request their membership in.
I'd like to ask the project maintainers to remove the duplicate teams as listed below. Please note that some the four-letter teams need to stay on Transifex. The whole .PO stack has been backed up and made accessible via fedorapeople.org [1] just in case.
The following teams should be REMOVED:
as_IN
bg_BG
bs_BA
ca_ES
cz_CZ
da_DK
de_DE
el_GR
fa_IR
fi_FI
fr_FR
gu_IN
he_IL
hi_IN
hr_HR
hu_HU
id_ID
is_IS
it_IT
jp_JP
kn_IN
ko_KR
lt_LT
lv_LV
ml_IN
ms_MY
nb_NO
nl_NL
or_IN
pa_IN
pl_PL
ru_RU
sr_RS
sr_RS@latin
sk_SK
sv_SE
ta_IN
te_IN
uk_UA
vi_VN
The following teams are TO STAY in Transifex:
bn_IN (is different from bn)
zh_CN (as opposed to zh_TW and zh_HK)

Proposal: New Fedora Localization Guide
by Dimitris Glezos
Today I spent a few hours and created a new and updated version of the
Fedora L10n Guide:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N/Guide
What's new?
- Re-used a lot of content from the excellent TQSG we had in Docs.
- The content was updated to reflect our new infrastructure. A huge chunk of
warnings and questions has gone away, since the new Tx arch handles things
transparently, eliminating msgmerge errors, POT files missing etc.
- The FAQ page was also updated & merged at the bottom of the guide, to make
sure we keep it up2date.
- The guide was put on the Wiki instead of publican. This will allow us to
maintain it live, with more people, more content & translations.
- I suggest to completely remove the docs-based TQSG and focus on having only
one guide. This will avoid confusion and the content will always be updated.
Finally, we've been documenting a lot of things on the Transifex Help Pages,
which are integrated into the tool itself. We'll be adding more content there,
so that translators will have it right at their fingertips.

I need some assistance: Migration of the hu_HU to hu group
by Zoltan Hoppar
Hi Guys,
I need some assistance for the migration before the group will be
deleted, because I haven't made such before. I have tried the process
that makes complete to move the files, but maybe I do something wrong
or incomplete within the commands. I need some step-by-step
description if possible. Sorry I still have to learn the TX work, and
commands to fill this process.
Please help, I don't want to loose our work.
Thanks,
Zoltan
