update history
by Domingo Becker
There's a small application that pops up when clicking to "review
history" button in package kit.
IMHO, there are two things I think necessary:
1. A module in t.fp.o to translate it.
2. A menu option to access it, possibly under System | Administration
or Applications | System tools.
It seems to be useful because it has a rollback option, for updates
that went wrong, and it is easy to use.
kind regards.

Introducing myself
by Mehdi Bahri
Hello
My name is Mehdi Bahri, 16, I am a Tunisian and French high school
student, I want to contribute to the fedora-project by translating
softwares and maybe documentations.
I currently live in Sousse, Tunisia but I will move to St-Brieuc, in
France soon (in about two weeks I think).
I speak the following languages :
French
English
Spanish

But I will focus on the french only for the moment.

website on fedora and a french information source on the project. I
also help on the fedora-fr forum and their IRC channel on freenode
aswell as the fedora channel on freenode too.
I hope I will be able to make myself useful for the project.
Sincerly yours
Mehdi
PS : I'm still waiting for acceptation in the cvsl10n group, can
anyone tell me when I'll be accepted ? Thank you.

*Question*:
As you can see I am from Greece and also a rookie to translating. Can you
please point me some high translation priority jobs to work with?! I've
searched in bugzilla and found only a "bug" for an incomplete translate.fpo
in Greek. Searching again in bugzilla in all Localization I got confused and
lost. I am looking to your precious help. Thank you very much.

Fedora Translation not sync with upstream source
by Sharuzzaman Ahmat Raslan
Hi all,
I noticed that Fedora Translation is not sync its source with the
upstream one.
For most of the packages, the last sync is about one month ago.
Example, audit-viewer was last sync at 2008-06-25 09:38:37 UTC, and I
have submit translation after that, but until today it is not reflected
in Fodora Translation.
Could somebody with access to Fedora Translation server do some checking
on this?
Thanks.

deployment guide
by Domingo Becker
It would be nice to have something like CentOS's Deployment Guide for Fedora.
By reading that document
(http://www.centos.org/docs/5/html/5.2/Deployment_Guide/) I see Fedora
9 has many tools and things greatly improved. So the job to build one
seems to be not easy.
But a guide like this would reduce the time used to search for
information to an administrator.
Kind regards

user wiki
by Domingo Becker
There used to be a Fedora Project wiki page for every user under
fp.o/wiki/UserName
After moving all to MediaWiki version, the page became
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:UserName
but with no contents.
Is it possible to access previous contents ?
kind regards
