Complément au message [Fedora-trans-fr] [IDT] rpm-guide-customizing-rpm
Au lieu de suive l'ordre alphabétique des fichiers, ce qui m'oblige à de
douloureuses contorsions intellectuelles et n'est pas empreint de
logique, je vais suivre l'ordre des chapitres du livre.
Cela permettra une meilleure cohérence d'ensemble.
Je libère donc le cadenas sur rpm-guide-customizing-rpm ;-))
Et en place un sur rpm-guide-intro-packaging.
129 lignes, 4 777 mots, peu de lignes mais beaucoup de mots et donc plus
de 48 heures!

Description of problem:
There is two sentences in the Fedora 14 Storage Administration Guide which are
separated in two parts for translation but it's not translatable in two times.
They must be assembled into one sentence to be traduced.
- Concerned Sentences :
"Engineering" and "Content services" must be => Engineering content services
"Server Development" and "Kernel File System" must be => Server Development

When trying to show the content of directory and the user logged in is not
allowed to, the dir software show the error message : dir: impoossible d'ouvrir
le répertoire
"impoossible" is not french and should be translated as "impossible"

Cartographier me paraît bien plus approprié.

Bonjour,
Je suis nouvel utilisateur de Fedora et je voudrais traduire en
français (ma langue maternelle):
Prenom / Nom: William Pascal
Transifex: will_pascal
Age: 28
Profession: Ingénieur (pas vraiment une profession mais ne compliquons pas).
Expérience traduction: aucune
Voilà !
Petite question subsidiaire: j'ai bien lu la liste des outils
possibles pour traduire, mais je ne vois pas d'outil de traduction
commune pour différents logiciels. Je m'explique: les menus, beaucoup
de messages de boîtes de dialogue sont communs à beaucoup de
logiciels, donc est-ce qu'il n'y a pas de base commune dans laquelle
un logiciel pioche automatiquement pour générer une première
traduction ? ensuite charge au traducteur de lire et modifier ce qui
ne correspond pas.
Désolé pour la question bateau mais je ne me suis jamais posé la
question de comment c'est traduit...
