εγκατέστησα σήμερα τα νέα πακέτα για δοκιμή.
[glezos@localhost ~]$ sudo fc-cache -v -f
fc-cache: "/usr/share/fonts/arab": caching, 49 fonts, 0 dirs
[glezos@localhost ~]$ ./testlang.sh
English: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
German: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
Greek: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
Bulgarian: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
Russian: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
Arabic: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
Persian: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
Kurdish: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
Japanese: DejaVuSans.ttf: "DejaVu Sans" "Book"
Αυτό μάλλον
συμβαίνει διότι δεν υπάρχουν άλλες γραμματοσειρές
εγκατεστημένες.
Μπορείς να δεις στο /usr/share/fonts/truetype αν υπάρχουν πακέτα για
άλλες γραμματοσειρές;
Το gucharmap τι γραμματοσειρά δείχνει για τα αραβικά;
