So I've been working on a unified communications plan for TOSW work,
because some of that involves internal-to-Red Hat work for me. Once I
got enough, I started using it, and have now brought the relevant
parts upstream to theopensourceway.org:
https://www.theopensourceway.org/wiki/TOSW_communications_plan
I've started following the daily part fairly well, here's where some
of that is tracked:
https://www.theopensourceway.org/wiki/TOSW_daily_homily
Next on that list is getting a rhythm for working with opensource.com
articles. That is something that folks here can really help with - it
involves reading articles in the to-be-published queue, identifying
the open source way principles in use, and linking out to the relevant
section on theopensourceway.org. (Format of that linking still to be
decided.)
After that is getting a regular article rhythm, and so forth.
Open to other ideas. What I've written down so far is what I can
commit myself to doing, and have cross-connected that commitment with
my @redhat.com work goals.

Wow, do we need a roadmap. :)
We also need to create some release dates for the next cut of the book
to convert to XML.
There is a 1.0 state in there somewhere that I think we can get to,
then I am going to chop down some trees and make some real printings
of this book.
So this is a very empty page:

I wrote that last October and haven't touched it sense. Bad me.
Want to help? ;-)

I've begun a once-a-day "The Open Source Way" reference via
microblogging, under the #TOSW tag with an associated short URL to the
principle under example. My goal is to find stories & topics outside
of just technology, natch. :)
https://identi.ca/quaid/tag/toswopensource.com folks - please consider redenting/retweeting. Also ...
Anyone - please help write up more now and in the future!
https://www.theopensourceway.org/wiki/TOSW_daily_homily
I aim to keep a least fifteen back-logged, but I just got started.
I've found that in the course of my day, I often find a story to
comment on with a #TOSW and link to the appropriate principle. I
generate short URLs as needed, or in advance when working up a homily
for a section.
Thanks - Karsten
