This keynote from the Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit was pretty
great:

Dr. Dan Frye, VP Open Systems Development at IBM, gives a thorough
journey through the experience IBM has had in embracing the FOSS
development model and practicing the open source way.
Of course, more technical stuff it is, but still some quite nice
stories. I might go through it again and write down some specific
ones. Definitely linking it from references, but we might even be
able to get some of the content freed? Is it worth it?
