earlyoom-1.3-1.fc30 (FEDORA-2019-1173fce9d6)
Early OOM Daemon for Linux
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
v1.3, 2019-05-26 ===================== * Wait for processes to actually exit
when sending a signal * This fixes the problem that earlyoom sometimes kills
more than one process when one would be enough ([issue
#121](https://github.com/rfjakob/earlyoom/issues/121)) * Be more liberal in
what limits to accepts for SIGTERM and SIGKILL ([issue
#97](https://github.com/rfjakob/earlyoom/issues/97)) * Don't exit with a
fatal error if SIGTERM limit < SIGKILL limit * Allow zero SIGKILL limit *
Reformat startup output to make it clear that BOTH swap and mem must be <= limit
* Add notify_all_users helper script
([#102](https://github.com/rfjakob/earlyoom/issues/102)) * Fix possibly
truncated UTF8 app names in log output

php-codeception-specify-1.1.0-2.fc30 (FEDORA-2019-2a548e356c)
BDD code blocks for PHPUnit and Codeception
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
## 1.1 Due to interface change in PHPUnit 7 we can't support both PHPUnit 7x.
and 6.x This release request PHPUnit 7.x and PHP 7.1+ as well. If you can't
update keep using 1.0 version. ## 1.0 * BREAKING: PHPUnit 6 support *
BREAKING: **Removed configuration** section * BREAKING: **Only properties marked
with `@specify` annotation are cloned** in specify blocks. * BREAKING: **Removed
throws** parameter in specify blocks * Added
`Codeception\Specify\ResultPrinter` to fix printing progress of specify blocks.
### Upgrade Plan 1. Update to PHP7+ PHPUnit 6+ 2. Add to `phpunit.xml`:
`printerClass="Codeception\Specify\ResultPrinter"` 3. If relied on property
cloning, add `@specify` annotation for all properties which needs to be cloned
for specify blocks 4. If you used `throws` parameter, consider using
[
AssertThrows](https://github.com/Codeception/AssertThrows) package.

php-di-6.0.8-1.fc30 (FEDORA-2019-7613467f24)
The dependency injection container for humans
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
## php-di ### 6.0.8 \#648: Revert changes from 6.0.7 (#605) because it
introduced regressions. ### 6.0.7 \#605 Fixes some bugs with platforms like
Heroku. In previous versions some random strings were used in the
CompiledContainer which caused each regeneration/compilation of the container to
have a different result, while no change in the configuration were made. The
CompiledContainer has now been made idempotent: "a specific PHP-DI configuration
X always results in CompiledContainer Y". ### 6.0.6 \#645: Performance
improvement: proxy classes are now generated when the container is compiled.
That means less overhead at runtime. ### 6.0.5 \#618 & #627: Support for
variadics to provide multiple definition files in one method call using
`ContainerBuilder::addDefinitions()`. ### 6.0.4 \#614, #622 & #621: fix
regression in `Container::set()` ### 6.0.3 \#616: Bugfix when using autowiring
with wildcards (by @jasonrm) ### 6.0.2 Fix potential regression introduced in
the previous release when fixing #582 ### 6.0.1 * Fix #526: Support optional
parameters in factories * \#585 Add support for PHP-Parser 4.0 * \#582 Register
`ContainerInterface` to point to the wrapper container if it was defined ###
6.0.0 This is the complete change log. You can also read the [migration
guide](https://github.com/PHP-DI/PHP-DI/blob/6.0.0/doc/migration/6.0.md) for
upgrading or the [blog
article](https://github.com/PHP-DI/PHP-
DI/blob/6.0.0/news/22-php-di-6-0-released.md) to see what's new. ####
Improvements: * \#494 The container can now be compiled for optimum
performances in production * \#294, #349, #449: `DI\object()` has been replaced
by more specific and less ambiguous helpers: * `DI\create()` creates an
object, overrides autowiring and previous definitions * `DI\autowire()`
autowires an object and allows to override specific constructor and method
parameters * The container can now be built without parameters: `new
Container()` * Definitions can be nested: * \#490 Definitions can be nested
in arrays (by @yuloh) * \#501 & #540 Autowire definitions can be nested in
other definitions * \#487 & #540 Closures are now handled as factories when
they are nested in other definitions * \#487 Closures in the config are now
always interpreted as factories, even when nested inside other definitions *
\#242 Error in case a definition is not indexed by a string * \#505 Debug
container entries * \#564 Caching was made almost entirely obsolete by the
container compilation, however there is still a caching system entirely rebuilt
over APCu for covering the last cases that compilation could not address (see
php-di.org/doc/performances.html) #### Fixes: * \#499 & #488 Standardize
resolution of nested definitions everywhere. In PHP-DI 5, definitions could be
nested in some places (e.g. use a get() in an object definition, etc.). However
it did not behave everywhere the same, for example it didn't work for sub-
definitions in arrays. Now in PHP-DI 6 all nested definitions will all be
recognized and resolved correctly everywhere. Since #494 (compiled container)
performance will not be affected so we can implement a more robust behavior. *
\#343 Autowiring and Annotations do not work for `object()` inside arrays: it
now works with the new `create()` and `autowire()` helpers #### BC breaks: *
PHP 7 or greater is required and HHVM is no longer supported * `DI\object()` has
been removed, use `DI\create()` or `DI\autowire()` instead * \#409: Scopes are
removed, read more in the [
scopes](https://github.com/PHP-DI/PHP-
DI/blob/6.0.0/doc/scopes.md) documentation. * Caching was replaced by compiling
the container: `ContainerBuilder::setDefinitionCache()` was removed, use
`ContainerBuilder::enableCompilation()` instead. * \#463 & #485: Container-
interop support was removed, PSR-11 is used instead (by @juliangut) * The
deprecated `DI\link()` helper was removed, used DI\get() instead * \#484 The
deprecated `\DI\Debug` class has been removed. Definitions can be cast to string
directly * The exception `DI\Definition\Exception\DefinitionException` was
renamed to `DI\Definition\Exception\InvalidDefinition` * The exception
`DI\Definition\Exception\AnnotationException` was renamed to
`DI\Definition\Exception\InvalidAnnotation` * \#516 `DI\InvokerInterface` was
removed in favor of `Invoker\InvokerInterface` Be also aware that internal
classes or interfaces may have changed. --- ## php-di-invoker ### 2.0.0
Compatibility with PSR-11 (which required a very small BC break) --- ## php-

it did not behave everywhere the same, for example it didn't work for sub-
definitions in arrays. Now in PHP-DI 6 all nested definitions will all be
recognized and resolved correctly everywhere. Since #494 (compiled container)
performance will not be affected so we can implement a more robust behavior. *
\#343 Autowiring and Annotations do not work for `object()` inside arrays: it
now works with the new `create()` and `autowire()` helpers #### BC breaks: *
PHP 7 or greater is required and HHVM is no longer supported * `DI\object()` has
been removed, use `DI\create()` or `DI\autowire()` instead * \#409: Scopes are
removed, read more in the [
scopes](https://github.com/PHP-DI/PHP-
DI/blob/6.0.0/doc/scopes.md) documentation. * Caching was replaced by compiling
the container: `ContainerBuilder::setDefinitionCache()` was removed, use
`ContainerBuilder::enableCompilation()` instead. * \#463 & #485: Container-
interop support was removed, PSR-11 is used instead (by @juliangut) * The
deprecated `DI\link()` helper was removed, used DI\get() instead * \#484 The
deprecated `\DI\Debug` class has been removed. Definitions can be cast to string
directly * The exception `DI\Definition\Exception\DefinitionException` was
renamed to `DI\Definition\Exception\InvalidDefinition` * The exception
`DI\Definition\Exception\AnnotationException` was renamed to
`DI\Definition\Exception\InvalidAnnotation` * \#516 `DI\InvokerInterface` was
removed in favor of `Invoker\InvokerInterface` Be also aware that internal
classes or interfaces may have changed. --- ## php-di-invoker ### 2.0.0

python-pybids-0.9.1-1.fc30 (FEDORA-2019-0c8e9b7cda)
Interface with datasets conforming to BIDS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
* Update to 0.9.1 Full changelog at:
https://github.com/bids-
standard/pybids/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md Quoted here for convenience: Version
0.9.1 (May 24, 2019) ---------------------------- Hotfix release: - Fixed
package deployment issues (#446) - Updated author list (#447) - Thanks to new
contributors Erin Dickie, Chadwick Boulay and Johannes Wennberg. Version 0.9.0
(May 21, 2019) ---------------------------- - Version 0.9 replaces the native
Python backend with a SQLite database managed via SQLAlchemy. The layout module
has been refactored (again), but API changes are minimal. This release also adds
many new features and closes a number of open issues. API CHANGES/DEPRECATIONS:
========================= - The extensions argument has now been banished
forever; instead, use extension, which is now defined as a first-class entity.
The former will continue to work until at least the 0.11 release (closes #404).
- Relatedly, values for extension should no longer include a leading ., though
this should also continue to work for the time being. - The BIDSLayout init
argument index_associated has been removed as the various other
filtering/indexing options mean there is longer a good reason for users to
manipulate this. - bids.layout.MetadataIndex no longer exists. It's unlikely
that anyone will notice this. - BIDSLayout.get_metadata() no longer takes
additional entities as optional keyword arguments (they weren't necessary for
anything). - Direct access to most BIDSFile properties is discouraged, and in
one case is broken in 0.9 (for .metadata, which was unavoidable, because it's
reserved by SQLAlchemy). Instead, users should use getters (get_metadata,
get_image, get_df, etc.) whenever possible. NEW FUNCTIONALITY:
================== - All file and metadata indexing and querying is now
supported by a relational (SQLite) database (see #422). While this has few API
implications, the efficiency of many operations is improved, and complex user-
generated queries can now be performed via the SQLAlchemy .session stored in
each BIDSLayout. - Adds .save() method to the BIDSLayout that saves the current
SQLite DB to the specified location. Conversely, passing a filename as
database_file at init will use the specified store instead of re-indexing all
files. This eliminates the need for a pickling strategy (#435). - Related to the
above, the BIDSLayout init adds a reset_database argument that forces reindexing
even if a database_file is specified. - The BIDSLayout has a new index_metadata
flag that controls whether or not the contents of JSON metadata files are
indexed. - Added metadata flag to BIDSLayout.to_df() that controls whether or
not metadata columns are included in the returned pandas DataFrame (#232). -
Added get_entities() method to BIDSLayout that allows retrieval of all Entity
instances available within a specified scope (#346). - Adds drop_invalid_filters
argument to BIDSLayout.get(), enabling users to (optionally) ensure that invalid
filters don't clobber all search results (#402). - BIDSFile instances now have a
get_associations() method that returns associated files (see #431). - The
BIDSFile class has been split into a hierarchy, with BIDSImageFile and
BIDSDataFile subclasses. The former adds a get_image() method (returns a NiBabel
image); the latter adds a get_df() method (returns a pandas DF). All BIDSFile
instances now also have a get_entities() method. BUG FIXES AND OTHER MINOR
CHANGES: =================================== - Metadata key/value pairs and
file entities are now treated identically, eliminating a source of ambiguity in
search (see #398). - Metadata no longer bleeds between raw and derivatives
directories unless explicitly specified (see #383). -
BIDSLayout.get_collections() no longer drops user-added columns (#273). -
Various minor fixes/improvements/changes to tests. - The tutorial Jupyter
notebook has been fixed and updated to reflect the latest changes.
