OK, I remember the discussion of some SOHO Red Hat product coming

The links from this page all go towards RHEL info, which suggests that it's an
offshoot of RHEL WS.
According to Linux Central - it's to ship Nov 10, 2003 - and is "version
10".
Some retailers seem to not have been told enough details about that
product, as they seem to confuse it with Red Hat Linux 10, also with
regard to product life cycle (errata support period).
That suggests it's an offshoot of Fedora.
Red Hat's own pages say:
"Based on the leading enterprise Linux operating system,"
