I have edited the release notes to state that systemd is a "mostly
compatible" replacement instead of a "drop-in" replacement, and I have
copied the FAQ and Tips and Tricks links from the release announcement.
Hopefully this will help.

edit the release notes without consulting with the docs team first, as
they maintain such important pages. Thanks for the update.
