is you use slmodem you should not use the kernel
portion of that; the
kernel already has support for that. You only should
use the userspace
daemon portion....
How do I access the userspace for slmodemd? The modem
is not the slmodem-alsa package which survives kernel
updates. I have to compile slmodemd into the running
kernel. What suggestions do you offer?
